Privacy Policy

Who we are

Carlson Gracie Hendersonville is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy in Hendersonville, Tennessee, led by Professor Hyaderson “Paraíba”. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us when you book a free class on this website or through our forms on Facebook and Instagram.

What we collect

When you book a class, we receive the information you choose to submit: your name, phone number, email address, the class you picked and, if the class is for your child, your child's first name and age. If you add a note, we receive that too.

We also record how you found us (for example, the ad or page you came from), so we know which of our ads are useful to people. This website uses the Meta Pixel and privacy-friendly analytics to measure visits and bookings.

How we use it

We use your information only to confirm and remind you about your class, to contact you about our classes and to answer your questions. We do not use it for anything else.

Emails and text messages

By booking, you agree to receive emails and texts about your class. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by asking us in person or by email.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is only seen by our team and by the service providers that run this website, send our emails and host our data, under confidentiality. Forms on Facebook and Instagram are provided by Meta, which processes the information under its own privacy policy, available at facebook.com/privacy.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we are in contact with you about classes, and delete it when you ask us to or when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we have about you. Just email us and we will take care of it.
